S2:Day3

Robyn's arm might be long enough to avoid the cold crotch.
Max effort front squat, 7x2 reps ... no box, no bands, no chains

Speed deads from below kneecap, 10x2 reps @ 45% + additional resistance

Glute ham raises, 5x6 reps w/ :03 eccentric phase

Reverse hypers, 2x20 reps @35% of 1RM back squat
