Max effort shoulder press, 6x4 reps + 1 pair of chains

:90 Dumbell bench press test, 40#/25#

P-bar dip ascent, x8 reps

Ring pull-up to toes-to-rings, 3x8 reps
*** One rep equals a pull-up and a toes-to-rings
