Slingshot bench press, 5x5 reps
Then, complete as many reps as possible at 70% of 5RM

T-Bar row, 3x15 reps

Man challenge w/ 25# vest

Banded lat pulldowns, 50 reps

Dynamic sit up w/ band, 100 reps

  3. P-bar "Man Challenge" x2
    *** P-bar man challenge starts on one end of the p-bars w/ 5 dips, hand walk to opposite end and complete 5 dips, walk back and do 4&4, 3&3.... until you can't stay atop the bar.
