Thanks for the workouts! What is the man challenge?
P-bar "Man Challenge" x2*** P-bar man challenge starts on one end of the p-bars w/ 5 dips, hand walk to opposite end and complete 5 dips, walk back and do 4&4, 3&3.... until you can't stay atop the bar.
