Wave 2: Max Effort Lower

Sumo deadlift, 6x2 reps
Then, as many reps as possible @ 70%

Good mornings, 3x 12 reps (go heavier than last week)

Back extensions, 4x12 reps

Wall squat, static hold w/ 45/35# plate, accumulate 2min  (must be @ 90°)

Reverse Hyper, 2x20 reps @ 35% of 1RM back squat

Abmat sit ups, 75 reps (Knees out)
